PHOENIX — An Arizona appeals court denied Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap’s motion for a preliminary injunction to block a third-party audit of election data, which the county official fears might jeopardize voters’ personal information. The court ruled the most sensitive data Heap was concerned about, which identified some voters as survivors of domestic violence, was deleted before the info was given to the third party, which is burdened by a non-disclosure agreement.
